NM FIESTA Project: Foster, Adoptive, and Guardianship Family Support Group – (Free Childcare on Site)

August 1 @ 10:00 am 11:30 am MDT

Support groups play a vital role in the lives of foster, adoptive, and guardianship families. These groups provide a unique space where individuals facing similar experiences and challenges can come together, share experiences, and find strength in community. By providing emotional support, practical resources, and a sense of community, it helps to strengthen families, empower caregivers, nurture resilience, and foster positive family dynamics. We are all in this together.

The, NM FIESTA Project, managed by All Faiths Children’s Advocacy Center, provides comprehensive support to foster, adoptive, and guardianship families across New Mexico. Through family connections, resources, support groups, and advocacy, we help families thrive every step of the way—and all services are completely free. For more information, contact Katie Bustamante, NM FIESTA Project Statewide Supervisor at kbustamante@unicabh.org or 505-918-0221.

To register for a support group, register though our website. You’re also welcome to text or email Katie Bustamante to register. Drop-ins are welcome and encouraged.
